Glenbrook Villas with Private Pool

Glenbrook is a small, quiet, pretty community with resort facilities, just 8 miles from Disney close to all the major attractions in the very popular Cagan’s Crossing area.

This prestigious community, with its attractive palm-tree lined roads, has just 266 luxurious homes for vacationers and residents. These range from 3 to 7 bedrooms – many with two or more en-suite bathrooms. Individually owned, they are passionately cared for, and furnished to a very high standard by their owners. Each has a privately screened pool with a lanai – many with relaxing spas, for guests to enjoy. Every house is air conditioned throughout and has a double garage with off street parking.

All are fully equipped with those essential modern conveniences important for a relaxing vacation – microwaves, dishwashers, washing machines and tumble driers. Many include TVs, DVDs/VCRs in all bedrooms as well as lounges. Numerous extras have been added by many owners for your comfort and enjoyment: PlayStations, Stereos, Internet, Wi-Fi, PCs and Games Rooms. No creature comfort has been over looked!

Glenbrook guests have access to its complimentary resort recreation area – a designer swimming pool, manned Club House with a gym exercise room, a games room, children’s play area, plus tennis and beach volleyball courts – fishing rods for Glenbrook lake can be borrowed too – all for guests to have fun in the sun. There is also a media room with a large TV entertainment system, PCs giving free internet access as well as a wireless ‘hot spot’ for those bringing laptops. Each month there is a programme of events at the Club House.

A Shuttle Bus can be organised from the Clubhouse, for a small fee, to all the major attractions and shopping outlets in Orlando.

Glenbrook is situated in Cagan’s Crossing. (The Cagan family used to own this land and have maintained strict controls on design, both of signage and buildings, ensuring it remains tasteful.) Within walking distance of Glenbrook is Sweetbay grocery supermarket, CVS and Walgreens, whilst other supermarkets (Walmart, Target, Publix) are just minutes by car. Restaurants are very close – Chillis, Santa Fe Steakhouse, Olive Garden, Houlihans, Longhorns, Orlando Miller Ale House, with more like Bahama Breeze, Sweet Tomatoes and Applebees scheduled to open mid-2011. Additional services such as opticians, walk-in doctors, post office and banks are just minutes from Glenbrook.

After the excitement of a busy day, what better place to return to than to a luxury Glenbrook home – a home from home – so close to the action of Orlando yet set in a peaceful setting with lots awaiting you!

Please note, villas are decorated individually by each owner. Images are a guide of the standard you can expect
