Rustic and inviting, Apollo Tavern is blessed with both an abundant menu to suit all tastes, and a key location overlooking Columbia Beach Resort’s lush, green lawns, and the rolling hills of Cape Aspro descending into the azure sea.
Open for both lunch and dinner, Apollo Tavern’s speciality is in providing a traditional Cypriot dining experience, courtesy of its rich and sumptuous meze: a vast array of small dishes that are shared amongst the table giving diners insight into the full breadth and depth of the ever-evolving menu. Heavily influenced by cuisine typical to the Eastern Mediterranean, our Chefs’ creativity is nevertheless unbound, and steadfast staples – such as salads, soups, pasta and risotto dishes – are served alongside grilled meats and fish, and exquisitely traditional fare.
During the cooler months, Atrium Restaurant will also serve as your dinner haven; serving gourmet themed buffets, with a backdrop of refined musical entertainment and attentive service will ensure an inimitable dining experience.
Bacchus Italian Gourmet Restaurant
Our Bacchus Italian Gourmet Restaurant is named after the mythical Greek god of wine and mystical ecstasy.
A celebration of Italian cuisine – putting diners closely in touch with regional specialties from across Italy – Bacchus is a truly inviting space, with its high ceilings, elegant furnishings, and welcoming staff.
Whether sat inside, or along our sun-drenched terrace next to the palm-fringed pool, diners may sway to the soft sounds of live Italian music, whilst leisurely perusing the rich menu.
Bacchus’ à la carte menu has been carefully created by our Resort’s award-winning, Michelin Star-trained Executive Chef, Ioannis Giakoumidis, who is unfailingly driven by passion, imagination, and sincerity in sharing his love of food with our guests.
Bacchus is also the site at which guests are invited to enjoy their daily sumptuous breakfast, bursting with both sweet and savoury delights spanning a selection of home-made breads and pastries, cereals, fresh fruits, pancakes, waffles, eggs made to order, sparkling wine, and more.

Satiating the desire for a refreshing beverage in the hot summer months has never been easier, as guests can enjoy the swim-up feature of Cape Aspro Pool Bar, sipping on a chilled drink whilst relaxing in the swimming pool.
